We are looking for a professional with real CNC machining experience. We are not looking for a CV: we are looking for someone who understands machines and materials.
CNC Milling Machinist
Industrial machining workshop · Polinyà (Barcelona)
- Proven experience on CNC milling machines (at least 2 years)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and tolerances
- Basic CNC programming knowledge (Fanuc, Heidenhain or similar)
- Ability to measure and check dimensions (caliper, micrometer, dial indicator)
- A meticulous, responsible and quality-focused attitude
- Experience with demanding materials (stainless steels, duplex, Hastelloy, titanium) is a plus
- Operating the UNION CNC boring mill and the LAGUN and ANAYAK CNC milling machines
- Machine setup: workholding, tool changes and cutting parameters
- Manufacturing parts for the pharmaceutical, petrochemical and food industries and engineering firms
- In-process and final dimensional self-inspection
- Machining demanding materials: stainless steels, duplex and super duplex, Hastelloy, titanium alloys
- Working with the technical manager to solve production issues

15:30–18:00 - Friday
